WebStarted happening recently, like the last couple weeks or so. In my instance, I've got a couple dozen instances of Discord having Video Wake Locks on my powercfg requests. For now, I used the following command to override Discord to stop it from preventing sleep: powercfg -requestsoverride PROCESS "Discord.exe" DISPLAY.
