Using speedtest-xml is dependent on what script is selected on the settings page. So I'm not sure what you have selected. If you run just speedtest it will run sivel version 1.0.2. Webbspeedtest_accept_license (default false): The Speedtest CLI tool comes with its own license. To read it you can run docker run --rm -it tianon/speedtest.
